一次偶然中，苏蔓（张钧甯 饰）和自己曾经的暗恋对象宋翊（贾乃亮 饰）重逢了，心中旧情复燃的苏蔓毅然决然的辞掉了前前途一片大好的工作，“潜伏”到了宋翊所在的公司成为了一介小小职员。苏蔓的顶头上司是名叫路励成（钟汉良 饰）的男子，同时他也是宋翊最大的竞争对手。 一门心思想要接近宋翊的苏蔓和路励成之间闹了不少的矛盾，但是，随着时间的推移，苏蔓身上那种永不言弃的精神竟让路励成为其深深着迷。终于，鼓起勇气告白的苏蔓获得了宋翊的积极回应，见此情况，伤感的路励成默默退出。许怜霜（韩熙庭 饰）的出现让苏蔓和宋翊之间的感情产生了裂痕，与此同时，路励成重新出现在了苏蔓的身边。。What really brings a small community together?
