原本是大户之家的玉卿嫂，因丈夫迷上了抽鸦片，不仅将家产败光，也因此陪上性命．成了寡妇的玉卿嫂，因不容于婆婆，加上家道中落，故而在别人的介绍下到大户人家当奶妈．玉卿嫂在偶然的机会中养了小白脸庆生，她对庆生的占有欲极强，不料庆生又爱上了戏子金燕飞，玉卿嫂获悉此事后，相当悲愤，她企图挽回庆生，但庆生执意不从，于是玉卿嫂在庆生临走前夕，与他见最后一面，并拿着预藏的刀子刺向庆生再自杀，结束了自己的一生．。This feature documentary intends to spread the word about Paleo (aka the Caveman diet) and raise public awareness about this healthy alternative to the Standard American/Western Diet (SAD). The film presents the basic tenets of the Paleo movement through the eyes of various characters who have adopted the lifestyle.。
