Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。满清末年，国家羸弱，不仅外受强敌欺侮，国内以强凌弱的情况亦彼彼皆是，在此环境下自小父母双亡的梁宽（李克勤），全赖一身无师自通的功夫以自保，并自诩以锄强扶弱为己任。而后宽终因打抱不平，唯恐祸延亲族决定至广州投靠亲兄正，并寻找指腹为婚的妻子叶宝儿（傅明宪）。宽到广州后发现正非如信中所述般富贵，且常受到恶霸欺凌，故决以武力对抗强权，终将恶霸铲除，宽因而声名大噪，。未来的顶级科学家在第三次世界大战去世后，意外重生到了7岁小孩的身上，这一世他决定把可控核聚变提前研究出来阻止末世危机。然而为了赚取给儿子的转学费用，父亲报名参加了一档全国爆火的节目，非常儿童，在周墨不知情的情况下。。
