2002年冬天，毗邻中国边境城市满城的俄罗斯阿尔塔州发生了多起杀人案及一桩跨境军火走私，一连串的案件将中俄警方联系到了一起。侦察围绕中俄两个化名尤里和吴小军的人展开，却不料相关证人军火走私案主犯张志远和汽车爆炸案目击证人谢尔盖相继被杀。涅瓦大街杀人案的重要证人瓦里耶夫医生失踪了。中俄警方一时陷入迷茫……。Sebastian pays tribute to a previous girlfriend, trying to produce the movie that she inspired him to write.
