改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。Herzog takes a film crew to the island of Guadeloupe when he hears that the volcano on the island is going to erupt. Everyone has left, except for one old man who refuses to leave. Herzog catches the eeriness of an abandoned city, with stop lights cycling over an empty intersection.。
