吉北短道速滑一队队员沈冰心在东北集训的过程中，偶遇一名热爱滑冰的少年—程焕。“草根”出身的程焕在与沈冰心的较量中，利用地理优势战胜了他。 吉北队总教练方小燚破格录取程焕。但程焕入队后，却和沈冰心一起被分配进女子速滑队当陪练。二人勤学苦练，赢得先发主力的资格。 三年后，程焕和沈冰心代表吉北队参加亚洲短道速滑接力邀请赛。比赛事关2022年参加北京冬奥会的资格。比赛现场，程焕和沈冰心全方位压制韩国队员。但关键时刻韩国队员时无意将程焕撞倒。程焕眉骨受伤，血流不止。就在众人以为程焕和沈冰心会放弃时，二人决定坚持完成比赛。最终程焕和沈冰心通过天衣无缝的配合与坚持不懈的拼搏，夺得冠军。。Misrepresented, maligned and on the verge of extinction, the great white shark is an iconic predator: the creature we love to fear.
