影片讲的是7个小孩被训练去破获一个绑架小孩的集团。其中的6个小孩个原先都是小偷，另一个是一个部队领导的小孩，他们在部队接受训练，训练当中小胖（部队领导的小孩）洋相百出，并且一直被其他6人欺负，每次出点岔子，小胖总要被一个小孩带到一间小屋里打一顿，不过最后6个小孩都被小胖打了一顿。训练期间他们的教官也很惨，有一次练习扔手榴弹，教官站在他们前面的时候中了一弹，后来跑到他们的后面，结果小胖往后面扔了一弹···最后他们被派去对付一个名叫霸王花的黑社会组织，七个小孩一开始洋相百出······ 7个小孩大的叫小马哥，最小的叫小胖，里面最经典的台词是，小胖，过来我们聊聊！。The story concerns the Waterbury family who move to "Three Chimneys", a house near the railway after the father, who works at the Foreign office, is imprisoned as a result of being falsely accused of selling state secrets to the Russians.
