眼镜蛇道馆由新师父接掌，三方恩怨跃上台面。 旧仇也如同眼镜蛇道馆一般，永远不死。。平静明媚的一天，大海上突然传来路飞（田中真弓配音）撕心裂肺的哀号，原来在他睡觉的时候，他最最钟爱的那顶草帽竟然不翼而飞。了解到草帽的重要意义，草帽海贼团的伙伴们齐心协力帮他寻找。在这一过程中，乔巴等人还救助了一个奄奄一息的老海贼（山口智充配音）。不久，众人发现一只奇怪的秃鹫叼着路飞的草帽在空中盘旋，于是众人从天上到海上展开了一场大追逐。与此同时，海军也集结了最强大的力量围捕草帽海贼团。为了一顶草帽，空前绝后的战争由此上演…… 本片为漫画家尾田荣一郎原著《海贼王》第11部剧场版动画，首次采用3D制作，与3D版《美味猎人》同时公映。。Women on the Run.
