Two friends work as cleaners whose jobs are to clean homes and places where people have died or dead bodies are found. One day, they are tasked with cleaning a house where there were three dead bodies inside. Their job is to clean the corpses that have rotted. When they arrived there, they found that there are strange things happening and then they discover a strange book.。在关东大地震的5天后（1923/9/6），千叶县福田村就发生了集体杀害日本人的事件。 当时有15名从四国香川县前往关东的药商，途中行经福田村，在渡船场附近的神社稍微休息，准备搭船去茨城县。 这群来自香川的商人说的方言（讃岐弁）和福田村不同，正好福田村又陷入「担心被朝鲜人攻击」的集体恐慌状态，100名以上的村民全副武装要猎巫，斩钉截铁认定这15名来自香川的商人是朝鲜人，杀害了其中9人，受害者包括3名幼儿和1名孕妇。。这是一个发生在二战期间的故事，一名从俄军那儿逃跑的奥地利士兵来到一位村妇家命其备好马车跟他走，为了去救他受伤的同伴……。
